The Doctors
Dr. Drew Casey is originally from Columbus, Ohio. He attended the University of Akron, where he studied biology, before returning to Columbus to earn his
Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. Ohio State's program provides extensive training across primary and specialty areas of eye care.
During his clinical training, Dr. Casey spent three months in Rio Rancho, where he developed an appreciation for New Mexico and the community he would eventually call home. He completed
his education through the Salt Lake City VA system and Moran Eye Center, with an emphasis on ocular disease and specialty contact lenses.
Today, Dr. Casey provides comprehensive eye care ranging from routine vision correction to the diagnosis and management of complex eye conditions. His clinical interests include
glaucoma, macular degeneration, medical eye care, and specialty contact lenses.
Dr. Casey is proud to serve New Mexico and is committed to helping patients understand their eye health, preserve their vision, and receive the individualized care they deserve.
Dr. Dustin Dawson is originally from Frankfort, Kentucky. His path to eye care began after high school when he joined the United States Navy and served
as a Hospital Corpsman (medic). His experience caring for others during his military service ultimately inspired his passion for healthcare and optometry.
Dr. Dawson earned his bachelor's degree from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, before completing both his Doctor of Optometry and Master of Vision Science degrees at The Ohio
State University College of Optometry.
Now proud to serve patients in New Mexico, Dr. Dawson is committed to providing thoughtful, personalized care for each patient he sees. In addition to comprehensive vision care, his
clinical interests include medical eye care, binocular vision, and specialty contact lens fittings. He especially enjoys helping patients with more complex vision needs find solutions
that improve both their sight and quality of life.
